Valentine's Day is on Sunday this year.

four course dinner especially for Valentine's Day.

 

Here's a preview:

 

1st course

Roasted pepper bisque 
with butter poached lobster and crème fraîche

 

2nd Course

Fennel arugula salad with Sartori Sarvecchio cheese, 
shaved fennel, red onion, 
and a white truffle vinaigrette

 

Entrée (choose one)

Grilled hanger steak with charred asparagus, creamy polenta, and topped with a mushroom ragout

 

Pan seared scallops with sweet pea risotto 

and Supercharge microgreens

 

Sweet pea risotto with roasted root vegetables

 and shaved Sarvecchio

 

Dessert

Chocolate fondue for two
