Monday is Light Night at Liliana's
We've introduced something new to Liliana's - Monday Light Night.

Every Monday for Light Night our chefs will prepare a special entree that will be packed with flavor and nutrition, but will have fewer than 500 calories and no more than 10 Weight Watcher  points.

Light Night Menu
Lower calorie meals don't need to be low in flavor. Our chefs use innovative preparation methods and seasonings to bring you stunning flavors and textures in our featured lower calorie entree each week.

Light Night Entree for Monday, January 18, 2010:
Baked halibut with crisp shredded apples, braised beets,
and oven roasted potatoes, with a tomato tarragon sauce
$14
Our homemade biscuits and cornbread that we serve at dinner are wonderful, of course, but can be hard to include in a lower calorie meal. At your request we will happily substitute a crudité plate of carrots, celery, and green and red peppers, served with a light dipping sauce.
Daily suggestions for lighter meals
If you're closely watching calories and want to order from our normal dinner menu, here are some lighter suggestions:

Appetizers / Soups / Salads
  • Crudités - Fresh vegetables, served with warm pita, olive tapenade, feta, and hummus
  • Liliana's House Salad
    Mixed greens, shaved radish, carrots,
and grape tomatoes with Creole vinaigrette
  • Tomato Bisque (ask for it without the crème fraîche) - (1 cup = 80 calories, 4g fat, 2g fiber, 2 WW points)

Entrees

  • Andouille-crusted tilapia (substitute roasted potatoes for the sweet potato mash)
  • Roast Chicken (substitute roasted vegetables for the collard green soufflé)
  • Pan Seared Salmon (order it without the wasabi cream sauce)
