At the intersection of New Orleans and Madison lies . . . Liliana’s. New Orleans because we’re known for its great cooking traditions, and Madison because what we serve is fresh from our area farms—both meat and produce. We’re a Wine Spectator Award winner, offering more than 350 wines by the glass. Area musicians offer the best jazz around nearly every night of the week. And we’re not just locally owned and operated, we’re deeply connected to our community. New Orleans: right here. Welcome to our family. LUNCH, DINNER, SUNDAY BRUNCH.

About Our Restaurant

The Sights

REstaurant

In keeping with our belief that local is better, we used Madison artists to realize the vision of local architect Matt Aro of Aro Eberle Architects.

All cast iron work in the restaurant was custom created and built by a Madison West High graduate, Alex Herndon. Every piece of iron was bent by hand on site and welded in place.

Alex is pictured above with Don Hunt, the extraordinary pottery teacher, mentor, and friend of Alex and the chef/owner Dave Heide. Alex also created the custom ceramic water fountain that is prominently displayed in the main walkway.

The photographs are provided by Parry Heide, the owner's father.

The Taste

Peppers

Our primary goal is to provide fresh, great tasting food. We are constantly searching for local, organic sources for as many of our ingredients as possible. This allows produce to ripen before transportation and has less environmental impact than trucking it cross-country. We strongly believe in supporting our community by working with other locally owned and operated businesses.

The Sounds

Horn

We feature live music by local jazz artists and enthusiasts in our bar on Tuesday through Saturday evenings (and during Sunday brunch).

Check out our music schedule here.
