Easter Brunch

This year for Easter we're going to be serving a delightful four-course plated brunch. Prepaid tickets are required. 

We have seatings at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm.

 

Adult Easter Brunch Menu ($45 per person)

Fruit Course

Lemon curd and wild berry stuffed crepe with
citrus zested whipped cream and powdered sugar

Grilled melon with ginger-mint crème and
mango-chili granola and shaved prosciutto

 

Bread Course

Smoked pit ham, gruyere cheese, arugula and pecans
 on puff pastry with sriracha aioli

-or-

Buttermilk biscuit with wild mushrooms, Montrachet,
asparagus and piquillo chutney

 

Egg Course

Coffee and chili braised short rib, Nueske’s bacon, and sous-vide egg
on toasted English muffin, with tarragon bearnaise,
roasted new potatoes and spring market salad

Shrimp and crawfish over grits with Tasso cream and fried egg with piquillo chutney

-or-

Artichoke, roasted pepper, kalamata olive and feta frittata
 with crispy corn tortilla and herbs

 

Dessert

Raspberry, granola, lemon curd, and basil custard trifle with vanilla whipped cream

Chocolate ganache cake with macerated wild berries and orange-ginger crème anglaise

1st Course

Fresh fruit bowl with granola and Greek yogurt

Entree

Crepes with powdered sugar and maple syrup

Scrambled eggs with roasted potatoes and grilled baguette

 

Dessert

Beignets with powdered sugar
