Soup

Flank steak, Nueske’s bacon, peppers,
and corn in a spicy tomato-whiskey cream

Roasted piquillo pepper and potato bisque
with coconut crema and cilantro-lime gremolata

 

Salad

Hanger Steak, arugula, charred asparagus,
Farmer John’s Provonello,
and bacon-sherry vinaigrette

Spring mix, Charred corn, peppers, red onion,
cojito cheese, and crispy tortillas
with a chipotle vinaigrette

 

Entrée

Grilled petite filet with charred asparagus,
on a bed of Nueske’s bacon
and Hook’s 3-year Cheddar mashed potatoes,
topped with a bourbon black pepper demiglace

Pan seared salmon with asparagus and citrus risotto topped with candied orange glaze

Wild mushroom, Montrachet,
and roasted vegetable wellington
with arugula and black truffle salad
